Hi, I would like to ask about the start point of proportions: protein, carohydrates and fat in vegan diet.
For example in meat eating diet it's ofen:
- protein - 2 (or more) g/kg of body mass,
- carbohydrates - 4 g/kg of body mass,
- fat - 1,5 g/kg of body mass.
It's on start only and after that it's important to adjust this proportions depending on body reactions.

When I read articles on this forum - I can see informations that we don't need for such many proteins for example.
This is why I would like to ask - what proportions are the best in bodybuilding vegan diet?
I know - it's individual - but I ask about start point and then I will be adjusting this depending on my body reactions.
