I use a website called Myfitnesspal.com it's also an application on smart phones. It allows you to enter the foods you eat and track your calories. Hope it's what you are looking for:)

Get a rough idea from a calorie calculator, then see how you react and fiddle with your macros. Most say I need 2,700-2,800 lifting how I do, but I function best on 3k. Every 5lbs I gain I add 200 kcal.

Get a good baseline, then fiddle with it.
