Steaming as lightly as possible is best if you are going to cook food.

i'd guess that stir frying to the point of heating and retaining crispy-ness is better, too.

I also have heard that light steaming is the best. I do steam and stir fry some things, but I am sure to eat alot of raw too. I guess it must be tough for someone who has a hard time handling the raw foods(stomach problems).
