I think I've gotta start adding ground flax seed to all my protein shakes...
The day before yesterday I fell asleep before consuming my calories so the first thing I did when I woke up was take in a 45 gram serving of protein.
I'm hoping this was a one time occurrence. It blocked my system up and all the calories I ate that day (about 3700) got stuck behind it.
It got so bad I stopped by the emergency today to get checked out (thank you Canada for free healthcare!)
My kidneys were sore on and off once I started passing things... but I think it's because of the amount of calories blocked up in my system not because of protein consumption.
Today I've unfortunately had to stray from my intense diet and take it easy but I feel like I should be getting back on track tomorrow or the next day.
Anyone have similar experiences???
I'm going to book and appointment with my sports doctor soon get some blood tests as well.
