Kathryn Posted April 27, 2006 Share Posted April 27, 2006 I just finished a container of Manitoba Harvest hemp protein powder, and now am on a can of Nutiva. MH is darker and tastes a bit yucky (in the quantitites I use in my morning smoothies), but Nutiva is lighter, and smells and tastes 'smoother." It also has a whopping amount of fiber in vs. MH's moderate amount. How can there be such a difference if both are only made of hemp protein powder? Are there different types of hemp?
