SOY FLOUR for bulking purposes

#1 Postby axegrinder » Thu Oct 27, 2011 8:07 am

I know its not yummy, but its not about taste, i dont have much money and still want to pack on some muscle. Will this be a good protein source to make shakes with?

This thing is cheap as hell and has lots of proteins. Is anything wrong with it?

I recall when my bro tried to bulked on this once, he grew on this like a horse!

I tried it in a smoothie one time. I had to throw it away! It might be good for high protein baking recipes though, like protein cookies or protein pancakes, but without someone telling me of a good recipe, I have been too scared to buy more. Perhaps you will be the guinea pig? :D

Tastes good in pancakes.
Darth Vader from Sandlot once said, "Heroes get remembered, but legends never die." Then he later died.
