Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Just an idea for anyone out there looking to gain some muscle:

4 pieces of soy and linseed(flaxseed) bread

2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon of 100% fruit Jam

(The above makes 2 PB & J sandwiches)

2 vegan sausages

Totals approx:

700 cal, 45-50g protein, 40g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre

Occasionally I will also throw in a 1 scoop protein shake which brings the macros to:

65-70g protein, 42g carbs, 24g fat, 10-15g fibre.

I usually eat two peanut butter and banana sandwiches before bed as well. With ezekiel bread, it's delicious.

My goal is to become the biggest and best natural bodybuilder of all time, and I'm gonna do it vegan.

You can throw in some cocoa powder with the banana's and PB.... YUM!
