Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

I noticed that neither the iBCAA or BCAA listed on myprotein.co.uk is listed as Vegan (only Vegetarian) but other sources suggest the Ajinomoto iBCAA is Vegan.

Anyone confirm this?

Well the website says this about Ajinomoto iBCAA:
"Plus, as with all Ajinomoto® amino acids, you can count on 100% non-animal-origin ingredients and 99-100% purity."
As for the BCAA tablets, a lot of companies use gelatin coating on their capsules. I'm not sure about the BCAA powder. I would suggest emailing the company.
Have you used any of these kind of products before? I have an unflavored Essentail Amino Acid mix at home, and I have to say, unless you've got something with a REALLY strong flavor to mix them with, they're not at all pleasant to get down!
The majority of BCAA and Amino Acid supplements are synthetically produced from non-animal origins, it's just a matter of emailing the companies of the ones you are interested in to find out for sure.

I am using iBCAA at the moment, its not great tasting but it mixes nicely and down the hatch in water the taste is more than bearable!

I actually found that page after posting up so am happy they are Vegan
