I have been following this principle for bulking in the past two to three weeks, and it is working great.

Anyone else here follow this?

I've been doing this for the past 3 months and I love it. I can imagine how awesome it will be to use on a cut as a well.

Speaking of, I need to incorporate more cookies into my macros - severe lack of those recently.
