My breakfast every morning since a year or so is a green smoothie.
I vary it from time to time.
First i add some fruit:
mostly bananas or oranges
and then some greens:
celery, fennel, spinach, or wild herbs.
fruit and greens in a 1:1 ratio
and then i add
1 tsp spirulina
some ginger (the more the better
, love that stuff )
but as i said i vary alot, and sometimes put in some dates, kale, cacao beans, carob, pomegranate seeds etc.
Thats another thing i love about smoothies you can do so much with them.
