I voted weetabix because oatmeal doesn't taste that great to me and isn't exactly packed with micronutrients from what I've seen. Weetabix sounds like something that would be fortified, like a nice cereal? So yea currently looking to supplement my diet with a nice cereal myself the vote was a no brainer for me.

Porridge is nutritionally superior without a doubt, and soaking it IMHO is better still.

Soaking your oats overnight and eating them raw ensures a higher bioavailability of the proteins in the grain and better absorption of the nutrients. Soaked oats are easier on your digestion and fill you up for longer. ONLY when oats are eaten raw do they deliver digestive enzymes to the stomach and prebiotics to the gut. Prebiotics are the natural foods that support and feed your healthy good bacterial population that run your intestinal health (and therefore your immune system). Food heated over sustained temperatures of 118 degrees virtually destroys all all of the natural digestive enzymes and prebiotics that would have been present before cooking.

Weetbix is okay but the nutritional profile and health benefits you would get from porridge is significantly better.

A usual breakfast for me...

160g rolled oats & flaxseeds (soaked from the night before)

70g muesli

2 x scoops soy/rice protein powder

1 x banana + generous handful of berries

450ml Alfalite milk (a milk substitute)

1 x tbsp organic blackstrap molasses & sprinkle of cinnamon

1 x large espresso

Oddly enough, I just did something extremely similar but it was post-WO instead of for breakfast. Felt great.

That sounds bizarre but delicious. What does it look like?

Also, don't know if it matters to you, but Alfalite isn't vegan.

I'm a Pesco Vegetarian right now, looking to switch to vegan over the next year or so

I must say you have said some interesting stuff. Both on here and on your youtube videos. Much respect!
