Currently I am taking the Garden of Life Raw Protein and the flavor is becoming offputting.. I just like to blend up the powder with ice cubes and water. I have tried a few others with flavors they were not raw. Also, I take liquid magnesium for sore muscles.. Is there another form of magnesium or something else that you prefer??

sun warrior makes a raw vegan protein powder. I bought chocolate. It has a pleasant flavor, and mixes well.

I prefer lots of leafy greens for magnesium. If you are getting sore you could be eating too many acid-forming foods like grains and legumes. Try to up the fruits and veg intake.

Also, I agree on Sun Warrior for raw protein. Most everyone I know who uses it loves it, though personally I am not a fan.
