Personally I like to get my glycogen back up after a workout so I'll have a shake with with hemp or rice protein blended with dates and bananas mixed with soy milk. Then I will have a meal about an hour after my shake that consist of some starch such as potatos or rice and veggies. also some tofu can be added for additional protein.
