siiva
Hello, Exactly 2 years ago I bought some pea and rice protein from trueprotein. I used most of it up but stopped using it for awhile. I recently rediscovered it in the original containers, and I want to use it up! I read somewhere that pea protein has a shelf life of 2 years, but I'm not sure about trueprotein's brand because I don't believe they use additives. Any suggestions? siiva
Ok, I got a response from them, they said 2 years is approx. shelf life, but it's a slow degrade after 2 years, so I should be good to finish off the rest of the product, thanks

HorseSense
See? One more benefit of a plant based diet. Far longer shelf life! Years ago when I was doing the whey protein craze like every other tom, dick and harry, I let the whey sit for several months once. BIG MISTAKE! I thought I had come down with some kind of stomach flu. But it persisted, and persisted. Finally it dawned on me that the whey was spoiled and I was making myself sick day after day!
