I've been really tired lately and i was wondering if it might have 2 do whit my nutrition so am just gonna put a list of what i eat , and if any1 could know if there any nutrition i miss that could cause me this sleepyness please holla :D(i'm not feeling i'm 2 low on fuel cause i dont feel hungry and my workouts go great)

Blackrice

lentilles

Also, how many calories? How old are you? How tall? How heavy? How much do you exercise? These are all useful bits of info in order for us to help you out. :)

i sleep minimum 7 hours per night and up to 10 some times, i eat around 3200-400 kcals a day, i'm 171 tall weigh around 75-77 kg 11 % body fat goes to the gym 4-5 times a week

Do you take a multivitamin? Vitamin D supplement and/or lots of sun?
