Vegan Bodybuilding & Fitness

Hey everyone! I don't normally post about products, but I have felt the need to share with you the best company I have ever encountered! The owner/amazing herbalist, Nadine Artemis, has created the most beautiful line of ALL VEGAN products using pure organic essential oils. I can officially say I will never use tooth paste again. Just one drop of her "Healthy Gum Drops" (which ingredients are simply: seabuckthorn berry, rose otto, oregano, peppermint, clove, tea tree, cinnamon, and thyme) has changed my world.

Not to mention her deodorant, a line called "Underarm Charm/Poetic Pits" has got me sniffing myself all day long. (I literally smell myself now just so I can get a deep inhale of the sandalwood, douglas fir, and cardamon. ) My smelly vegan boyfriend has also used her products and ends up smelling divine.

I've also used her "Seabuckthorn: Best Skin Ever", and spot treatment "Zippity dew dab" to completely heal my acne.

james, your body essential eats/absorbs anything you put on your skin, so i would re-think the chemical usage. Though you must do what is right for you. To each his own.

I'm all for "science is the proof I need." Saying that, most of these herbs(that I know of) have been proven efficient antibiotics, antiviral, antifungals. Especially the oregano, that stuff is serious. I made up a batch of infused oregano oil for that very effect, plus it has been shown to minimize, prevent and halt tumors in rats. Which was the main interest, for me rats.
I would get the actual oil of oregano, but it is actually too intense for the rats to handle, so I stuck with infusing.



I'll book mark her site, thanks! Apparently I have very sensitive lymph glands, even tom's maine will cause them to swell. Then I have to stop using any deodorant for awhile, then start the cycle again. Just a matter of time before that crap gives me cancer

Yeah good call on alternative cosmetics, most people don't realize that almost every cosmetic, scratch that, every product on the shelf has some sort of crap ingredient in it! Why is that? Think about putting lotion on your child or putting fluoride in your mouth when it probably already has mercury in it. The chemicals keep us unhealthy to keep the health system going and making sweet money! No chemicals, no health issues....no meat and nothing but organic plant based foods, no health issues...!

Stay away from chemicals James! You should know better...
