Creatinine problem. help.

Hi,
i'm a girl, i'm 23, i'm vegan and i start gym 1 year ago.
i've a problem with my creatinine livel, it's too high. Can you suggest me some diet? it's safe for me to practise gym?

Possibly dehydration or kidney disorder. did you see a doctor??

well did the doc say what the cause was? or ways to treat/manage?
