Need Help

Hi !

 

 

I am vegetarian and I want to be Vegan. I need some advice with my diet to stop/replace eggs ; I have some food restrictions : low fiber diet, allergy to soybeans (ok with tofu), some raw fruits and nuts.

 

* 6h30

3 eggs-white

shake of raspberry + banana + oat milk + coconut milk

wheat and rice flakes

* 9h (before training)

Sunwarrior protein

shake with peanut butter + fruit + oat milk

* (after training)

Sunwarrior protein

* 11h30

mix quinoa/rice or potatoes with boiled vegetables (spinach, cauliflower...)

* 15h

Shake of fruits + oat milk

* 18h30

mix rice/quinoa with a tofu and vegetables soup

 

About 2200 Calories, 100g protein, 50g fat (don't remember how many carb). I want to stop eggs ; what do you think about this diet ?
