Low Methionine diet, and substituting cysteine for methionin

I have started researching low methionine diets, and it sounds like a great way

to greatly reduce the chances of cancer, increase the fat burning metabolism in

one's body, and delay aging in general.

Here are my very crude notes so far of different research articles.

Does anyone know where I can get:

defatted lentil bean powder

defatted garbanso bean powder

defatted almond powder

rice protein powder

oat protein powder

Rice protein powder is probably the most accessible item on your list. The others may be harder to find and more expensive. I'm a whole foods advocate myself so I would say eat more lentils, garbonzo beans, and soaked raw almonds...rather than searching for modified powder forms.

I also am an advocate of eating a variety of foods. I like vega as far as powders go, it has rice protein, as well as hemp, and pea, and tons of other nutritious vegan ingredients. Veganproteins.com is a good place to get protein powders at a decent price. There are some other good brands out there too that run cheaper than vega as well to check out like plant fusion and sun warrior.
