black soybeans?

So I accidentally bought canned organic black soybeans, thinking they were regular black beans. Anyone ever heard of these, or any particular ways to prepare them?

I've used them in bean salads (mix up cans of garbanzo, black soy, kidney and green beans, add a jar of pimentos, sprinkle with some italian dressing and serve on a bed of romaine).

You can also use them in place of black beans in many recipes.
