DanLivesShiny
Hi Everyone, I am on the search for the "best" Vegan Whole Food Multi-vitamin. Preferably something with a full nutritional profile from food, and some of the essential "vegan deficiencies" like ALA or L-Carnitine. I would love to know what you guys are loving! Thanks,D

Mini Forklift
I have used Omnium for years. It's probably one of the more expensive ones out there but it's came out right at the top in studies in terms of absorption, and that's really the key factor in determining a good multivitamin. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/31X9ksI0yQL._SL500_AA300_.jpg All of it's ingredients are non-synthetic and they use broccoli, oat bran and grapeseed as binders to hold the tablets together.
