Hi guys! Its a pleasure to be a part of this site and i would like some help with my diet!!
I'm relatively new to this vegan lifestyle, but i am also a student of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition so I'm learning quickly. I did 3 fitness competitions this year (eating dead animal
, which grossed me out so much that it converted me to adopt a meatless lifestyle as soon as i was done). That is me on my avatar on August 11th of this year.
I train hard and lift heavy. I typically do 5 days a week of weight training and 5 days a week of cardio.
I'm going to Mexico in December and i don't know if this diet can fulfill my desires to:
-drop body fat
-increase lean muscle
In my avatar i'm 119lbs, currently im 128 lbs.
