The antioxidants are good, but soy sauce has a high amount of sodium so that's not so good

i had 2 pints of strongbow 2day which 1 pint = more anitoxidants then a glass of wine...... yay cider

Nama Shoyu also has lots of enzymes, because it isn't heat processed.

But watch out for store-bought soy sauces, which are colored to make them darker, and which contain wheat.

I stick with Shoyu and Tamari and Bragg's liquid amino acids.

Yeah Bragg's is good, I use it too. I just wish there was a similar product that is lower in sodium. Does anyone know of any?
