Yeah the diet they are encouraging is basicaly a Fruitarian diet, which is kinda cool.

Great article!
It is odd how people think a vegan, or raw food diet is extreme, but they are willing to consume mass quantities of artificial ingredients, flavorings, colors and what-not and think it's "normal." I'm always amazed that anyone can think that regular soft drinks (some health food store varieties are exceptions) have any place in the human diet.
