I have recently embarked on an anti candida diet so no sugars, soya, fruit, nuts unless freshly cracked, yeast or wheat of any kind. Through my research I have found out that having an imbalance of candida stops your body from breaking down your fat cells. This would explain the difficulty I had when trying to bulk and lower my fat percentage.
I am looking for ideas on how to get protein in my diet to maintain and bulk if possible whilst on this diet. I have lost 3.5% body fat in 2 weeks with only minimal working out. This has been an added bonus.
Has anyone else followed anti candida diet whilst working out???
