My new food journal

Started the day with Assam tea with unsweetened soy milk.
Had a heaping tablespoon of psylium husks in water before my late breakfast, a smoothie of 1 banana, high fiber hemp protein, unsweetened cocoa powder, some unsweetened soy milk and unsweetened almond milk. Took a vegan multi. Here we go, sports fans.

Afternoon.
Had an apple and a black Earl Grey.
Later, another 1 banana smoothie with apple/cran juice, hemp, and 1 spoon Green, 1 spoon Earth.
Hereafter hemp refers to nutiva hi fiber hemp protein powder, green and earth refer to Health Force Super Foods, soy refers to unsweetened soy milk, almond milk is always unsweetened.

Evening
Black Earl Grey.
Fresh cabbage, fried with red onion then saurkraut. 1 100% rye toast.

Black Assam tea after a glass of water and another with psylium upon waking.
Mid morning breakfast: 1 banana smoothie with 1/3 c hemp, 1 t green, 1 t earth, apple-cran juice.
Earl Grey black with 1 rye toast, dry. Rye toast always refers to 100% rye coarse Volkorn bread.

Fried in a spoon of olive oil, 2 hot yellow Hungarian peppers, garlic, 1/2 a tempeh w/flax cubed, Braggs. Alfalfa sprouts.

Portion control has been very good so far.

Recipe: 4 oz tofu, 1 banana, 1 avo, apple/cran juice, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla, touch of agave, whipped well.

1 ww pita, 1 avo, mustard, alfalfa sprouts, Assam tea w/rice milk
Later
celery, carrots and a half batch of my quick humus recipe:
1 can drained chick peas, juice of 1/2 lemon, clove of fresh garlic, a few spoons of tahini, and water well blended.
Dressed with tsp olive oil and powdered sumac!
