Hello everyone,

I just joined this forum.

I wanted to know a good vegan diet program with full Protein ( and carb if it's good )
I started a 10 week program and my trainer told me to eat full protein and he don't know a good diet so i need some good programs.

Best way is to make your own. Know your caloric needs and start adding foods into the plan that you can stand. I am alergic to a few things that are staples of veganism, like mangoes, bananas, avocados... it sucks, but I still found out how to make it work out (on paper and financially) with superfoods like basil, molasses, rice bran, sunflower seeds/lecithin, etc. You can do it in a few hours of serious research, calculating your RDAs, adding foods in until you meet those requirements, then go back and tweak if you need a certain amount of calories.
