#1 Postby muchidna » Fri Sep 06, 2013 7:19 pm

Hi guys, i've always been rather spartan about supplements, only using protein and creatine, however i'm going to be making a new order for protein within the next week, and i want to try some new stuff

i was hoping for peoples opinions on alternative supplements such as beta alanine, amino acids, bcaa's, just tell me what your experiences have been with supplements

the website i'm ordering from is http://www.bulknutrients.com.au/view/bu ... t/products , so i'm willing to giv eanything avaliable there a try

thanks

Well IMHO most are pretty useless. But Beta Alanine is pretty good and studies have shown it to work in really well with creatine. Make sure you get it in powder form and that it's 100% pure - it's a great supplement for effectively boosting carnosine levels whilst buffering lactic acid during training.
