2 snacks last night, first 2 small pickles, 2nd grapes.

Wakeup Assam and rice milk.
Breakfast 1 banana smoothie with rice milk, hemp, green, earth.
Earl Grey with rice milk, 2 rye toast. Probiotic, multi.

5 oz tofu fried,with turmeric and tamari
missed lunch
dinner
humus with olives, alfalfa sprouts, tabouleh, 2 small ww pita

Psylium is the intestinal whisk broom, it is the main ingredient in Metamucil, which adds flavor, sweetener, etc.

basmanti with barley miso on hot pepper, mushrooms, spinach
