Soup:1/2 lb tofu, sesame oil, garlic, red pepper, rice noodles, red barley miso
Late
Navel orange

1/2 lb tempeh w/flax, fried w/mushrooms, Spanish peanuts, home grown Thai basil, tamari, yeast,
2 corn tortilla, Multi, probiotic, Tea/flax milk

sweet potato, white potato, carrot, split yellow mung dal, cumin, coriander, turmeric, garlic, oil, pink salt
Earl Grey flax milk

Dinner
Fresh cabbage cooked with sauerkraut, 1/4 lb tempeh w/flax, 2 flax rye toast
Later
4 steamed corn tortilla
Later handful Spanish peanuts
