As a student i have a very basic problem in that I have no time, yet i want to get off the easy meat convenience food and crack out some real gains.

So here is my plan, will be the same thing each day purely as it is cheaper and it meets the needs I want. Not counting carbs just making sure I have enough fat and protein as carbs naturally will follow.
Male
height: 6foot 1
weight: 83kg

Breakfast:
1 cup oats
2tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp brown sugar
total calories: 307cal 14g fat 15g protein

mid morning:
1/2 cup almonds
apple
308 calories 23g fat 11g protein

lunch:
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice
1/2 pepper
1 cup carrot
814 calories 5g fat 20g protein

mid afternoon:
banana
protein shake +3g leucine
30g hemp 30g pea
321cal 39.7g protein 3.8g fat

evening:
1cup quinoa
lemon
1 cup sweet potato mash
100g spinach
1cup kale
1/2 pepper
956 calories 20g protein 10g fat

late night:
protein shake
216 cal 38.7g protein 3.8g fat

total: 2922 cal 59.6g fat 145.4g protein weekly cost: 30pounds give or take

advice on an increased fat intake if possible as i need to pop about 30g of cheap fat from somewhere.. tempted to just have some cheese!

Nah i just meant dairy if you're referring to my comment at the bottom. I have never heard of tapioca cheese! All the stuff I have seen in the UK is very artificial and quite frankly not what I want :( .

overall looks decent, you may want to throw a salad in there especially if most of your vegetables are cooked. Have you ever tried black or wild rice? Brown rice is healthy, but black and wild are even better.

Daiya is the brand than makes some pretty decent quality cheese out of tapioca. Not sure about if you can buy in there or not.
