About 4 years back I started eating meat so that I can get enoughprotein to lean down. Now, I am in one of my worst shape. I am looking forward to build muscle and lean down.I am looking for Nutrition and Exercise advice. Current Stats - Height: 5Ft 10Age:35Body weight: 210 lbsBody Fat: 33% (according to the Tanita scale) I have been losing 5 lbs and gaining it back it has been a cycle. I have hypothyroidism.I want to be 180lbs with 10% body fat. Is there a exercise and nutrition plan that can be followed? Lots of people here have similar questions and come here starting from scratch. Use the search button in the upper right hand corner to search key words you are interested in. Also the training journals are good to steal meal plans as well as workout routines from. I would also recommend Robert Cheeke's book and any of Brendan Braziers' books.
