I'm playing with my diet more lately, very optimistic about changes/tweaks you think could help me achieve my goals.

Started bodybuilding transitioning into power lifting, i'm in a perma bulk atm seeing what i can get my body to do:)

My dietary restrictions are Vegan, Soy free, Gluten free, Mostly organic with no corn by products.

Morning: Lemon water, 1 Tb spurlina, chlorella ect..

Breakfast: 6 gluten free pieces of bread with 100 grams of Raw almond butter

post breakfast: Sometimes a Sunwarrior protein shake

Pre workout: 1 cup steel cutt oats with flax and hemp OR 1 cup of lentils/beans

Post workout: *Freshly Juiced* 3 celery sticks, 6 carrots, and a scoop of sun warrior protein

Supper: I don't usually make it. Vegan chili, Broccoli soup, Lentil soup ect..

Post supper: Ancient grain/ Gluten free pasta with Tomato sauce

Before bed: Nature path Pumpkin cereal (sometimes) with flax, hemp and extra pumpkin seeds

Post before bed: Sometimes another Sunwarrior protein shake

*Protein shakes*: I'm testing my protein intake atm, i know it's not the most holistic form of protein. But i don't think I can physically eat anymore

Some variation can happen obviously, in total i get around:

3000-3600 Calories

80g Fat

180-202g Protein

540b Carbs

Any food substitution ideas/number crunching would be awesome:)

I'm 6'3 at 205lbs (93kg) Resting metabolism like 1800-1900.

Fruits and vegetables?

Lemon water, juiced fruits and veggies as a post workout and 90% of my supper variations are mostly vegetables.

And once a blue moon i'll make a shake with mostly kale and spinach with a ton of other stuff. like hemp seed, avacados, tumeric ect..
