Gex Posted November 29, 2013 Share Posted November 29, 2013 (edited) I'm playing with my diet more lately, very optimistic about changes/tweaks you think could help me achieve my goals.Started bodybuilding transitioning into power lifting, i'm in a perma bulk atm seeing what i can get my body to do:) My dietary restrictions are Vegan, Soy free, Gluten free, Mostly organic with no corn by products. Morning: Lemon water, 1 Tb spurlina, chlorella ect.. Breakfast: 6 gluten free pieces of bread with 100 grams of Raw almond butter post breakfast: Sometimes a Sunwarrior protein shake Pre workout: 1 cup steel cutt oats with flax and hemp OR 1 cup of lentils/beans Post workout: *Freshly Juiced* 3 celery sticks, 6 carrots, and a scoop of sun warrior protein Supper: I don't usually make it. Vegan chili, Broccoli soup, Lentil soup ect.. Post supper: Ancient grain/ Gluten free pasta with Tomato sauce Before bed: Nature path Pumpkin cereal (sometimes) with flax, hemp and extra pumpkin seeds Post before bed: Sometimes another Sunwarrior protein shake *Protein shakes*: I'm testing my protein intake atm, i know it's not the most holistic form of protein. But i don't think I can physically eat anymore Some variation can happen obviously, in total i get around: 3000-3600 Calories80g Fat 180-202g Protein540b Carbs Any food substitution ideas/number crunching would be awesome:) I'm 6'3 at 205lbs (93kg) Resting metabolism like 1800-1900. And once a blue moon i'll make a shake with mostly kale and spinach with a ton of other stuff. like hemp seed,avacados,tumeric ect.. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
