BF% calculation

#1 Postby bodyartt » Mon Jul 21, 2014 9:22 am

Is it possible to rougly calculate BF %. for example, I have two extra inches on my belly, everywhere else it is lean. So basically I have little fat anywhere else, just around belly. So what is likely my bf %?

IMO it's not really possible (or accurate) to take a guess.

Personally I would find a good PT that has had experience with measuring bodyfat using calipers; if they can do a 7 site caliper test that's going to give you a good idea of where you are at, if they can do a 9-site test then even better.

All the best MF.
