Can someone please explain to me in exact detail why Organic Dairy is no better than regular dairy?

Re: Organic Dairy
Because a calf still has to die for it..
Also, organic doesn't mean ethical. If anything it means less ethical, organic means if a farmed animal gets sick it doesn't get medicine

Because it uses up valuable farmland that could be better served by planting seedlings that would feed more people.

Re: Organic Dairy
Dairy is still very inflammatory and mucus forming. Whether you are allergic or not almost everyone as some reaction to dairy. Plus the whole baby cow being ripped away from its mom, the fact that once the mothers all dried up (after being impregnated over and over again and having the trauma of having her calf ripped away from her over and over again releasing cortisol and adrenaline into the milk along with mucus and puss) She will be slaughtered.
Live cautiously to make it safely to death
Re: Organic Dairy
all of the above, and we are not baby cows so dont really need to drink their mothers breast milk

Re: Organic Dairy
becuase domestication is the cancer of the planet.
Respect for nature and innocent life, the end of human over human oppression. A peaceful world can evolve after animal liberation.
Re: Organic Dairy
Your body is not designed to drink it. Please get protein from the source.
Re: Organic Dairy
Interesting. Can someone tell me nutritionally why Organic Dairy is not good?
Re: Organic Dairy
Organic diary still has large amounts of hormones and antibiotics. That is what it does for the calve. It provides the mothers hormones and antibiotics while the calves endocrine and immune system are still developing.
It has animal protein which is shown to leech calcium from the bones. Countries with the most animal protein consumptions have the highest rates of bone fractures.

Caisen, a protein in dairy, is found to strongly promote cancer growth.
http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/85/6/1667.full
Cow's milk is made for calves and the ratios of minerals and vitamins to macro nutrients is not conducive for health in humans.

Cow's milk is highly linked to type I diabetes. (Yes, you can still get it as an adult.)
http://care.diabetesjournals.org/conten ... 3.full.pdf
Dairy has no nutrient in it that can't be better obtained from plant sources that don't have all the fat, cholesterol, hormones, and antibiotics.
Not to mention is involves the forced rape of a female cow, the abduction of her daughters to be raped and enslaved and she is, and the abduction and slaughter of her sons at only a few weeks old to become veal. If you have ever lived near a dairy farm when they take the calves from their mothers, the sound is torturous. Moaning for weeks at all others. The pain they feel is the same that we feel.
What do you think you can get from dairy that you can't get from plants?

Interesting, I'm also glad that you showed some studies to back your claims as well. I have no answer for your question though, because the only reason I asked my question was out of plain curiosity. Nothing more.

5000 years of holistically loving holy cows and their milk have not caused cancer

Does burning food to raise water temperature equate to energy utilization by DIGESTING food (chewing, saliva, stomach acid, pancreatic enzymes, liver etc. Intestines:nutrients absorbed into blood stream)? Definitely NOT! Do Calories really mean anything?
