Hi all!! I am trying to burn fat while keeping muscle, like all of us. I am 150, 5'7", and approximately 24% body fat. I have been eating 1350 calories a day with no more than 40g fat, 100g carbs, and no less than 110g protein. I don't eat very many legumes as I have problems digesting it. Is there anything I should change?? I am open to suggestions!! I also lift 4 days a week, rarely doing cardio. The past week I have been following the leangains program, and I have been feeling better, so please no comments saying it's bad, I am seeing how it works for me!!
Ps. Peanut butter and sweet potato addict, I am determined to find a way that I can have some of these each day to keep me from losing my sanity.
