 Post subject: Litre of soy milk a day

Hey,

I hear a lot of people having success drinking a litre (and sometimes a gallon) of milk a day when bulking. I'm pretty skinny right now and am considering a litre of organic, none-sweetened soy milk a day for gains. Thoughts or experiences on this please? :)

Yep! Good idea, soy milk is high protein low fat so its a good choice, however I would say drink sweetened non organic.. Just because it tastes better but also its enriched with vit D, calcium and B12 :) all the best
