I'm a pretty experienced food prepper, but I'm looking for lunch ideas I can freeze to speed up my weekdays. Does anyone do this? I eat a LOT of fresh produce, so I'll still have to do that every day, but I'm thinking if I can freeze some things it will speed up my mid-week assembly. I'm thinking 15-20g's protein, and not too crazy with the carbs. I'd be curious to hear from anyone who's doing/done this, or resources. I have training almost every night, and just need to speed things up.

Yeah I like to make stir frys, curries, and stews. I make like 8 servings at a time, refrigerate a few and freeze a few too each time. You can freeze rice or quinoa too and put the other stuff over them.
