I wanted to know your opinion on this feedback from Layne Norton. Try to watch everything as it goes into Vegetarianism towards the end.

What about animal protein increasing IGF-1 levels? Haven't studies shown a direct correlation between increased IGF-1 levels and cancer?

There is indeed evidence of this, however if you employ intermittent fasting, you reduce the IGF-1 levels
