Like I said its not 100 percent vegan more like pollo vegitarian, but I have more of a problem with slaughter houses not free range. So my chickens and eggs are from my dads farm free range, humanly treated. So I dont mind it be I do limit my intake. Also I will sub in tofu for one of the egg or chicken meals once I learn how to cook it more. This is all brand new to me I am still learning.

Run in AM 3 times a week
Lift weights 4 times a week
Mma and bjj 3 to 4 times a week 2 hours
Around 15 percent body fat, looking to cut to 10 percent
Tdee is around 3300 to 3500
Was pretty strict but on a 1 month binge eat and feel terrible. Looking to do a really strict 2 month cut.
