My BMR is 2700klc. Based on the web search I'm trying to aim for:3000-3200 calories200 protein450-500 carb75-80g fat. Not sure is correct though? You can check out what other people are doing in the training journals you can also you the search key in the upper right hand corner to see what was discussed on that topic in the past. Good luck.
