Gaining muscle and daily intake of klc, protein and carb?

Hey folks,

I'm training to gain some muscle and I'm wondering what should be my daily intake of calories, protein, carb and fat? My BMR is 2700klc. Based on the web search I'm trying to aim for:

3000-3200 calories

200 protein

450-500 carb

75-80g fat.

 

Not sure is correct though?

 

Any advice appreciated

What research have you done? You can check out what other people are doing in the training journals you can also you the search key in the upper right hand corner to see what was discussed on that topic in the past. Good luck.
