I've just decided to compete in the INBA here in Australia in 7 weeks. I'm already pretty fit with minimal definition haha, but I really need to cut down as fast as possible. I'm okay with the training side of things, but as I am the only vegan in my city competing, I have no one to help me with a meal plan. Does anyone know where I can find some/can anyone on here give me some ideas? I would hugely appreciate it!
