This has been posted on the main site for years, but I thought I'd put it here to make it easily available for forum members who don't check the main site often. It quickly answers some questions.

I don't recall the resource but I think it was a Vegetarian Athlete book or possibly "A Teen's Guide to Becoming Vegetarian" I really don't remember exactly, but anyway:
