I generally eat 1 sandwich with 100g of peanut butter and some jam100g of almondsprotein shake with fruits like banana blue berries and sometimes avocado and mangoand since i work in a vegan pizza place i eat one nice pizza (vegan cheese) and some zucchini oh yes and a big salat and a handful of sweet potato I do not count all macros, but i guess i get something between 100 and 120g of protein, and 2300-2500 kcal.
