Eating for Strength

Not so much into tofu and seitan or processed fake meat, so i would like to know what do you think about my diet.

 

I generally eat 1 sandwich with 100g of peanut butter and some jam

100g of almonds

protein shake with fruits like banana blue berries and sometimes avocado and mango

and since i work in a vegan pizza place i eat one nice pizza (vegan cheese) and some zucchini

oh yes and a big salat and a handful of sweet potato

 

I do not count all macros, but i guess i get something between 100 and 120g of protein, and 2300-2500 kcal. My bmr is around 2000. and TDee is around 3000.

 

What do you think?
