I wanted to test the carb cycling diet. After having read a lot on it, I just can't figure out how it could work well when you are vegan. I do eat eggs and fish ( but no milk based aliments ) but I would like to avoid animal food a maximum and keep it for special occasion.
On carb cycling example I have seen, they were recommending to keep all the carbs around training. For example, if you train on mornings, you would concentrate carb in the morning and eat only fat and protein the rest of the day. And 0 carb hight protein vegan food is hard to find.
Bref, what would you recommend to make an efficient carb cycling diet ?
