I am vegan for almost 1 year and I'm planning to turn raw vegan.
The problem is I love too much bodybuilding and I want a superhero psyhique. It can be achieved through whole foods, but can it be achieved through raw foods ?
I made this topic especially to ask how many of you eat sprouted grains and if they have same calories as on the label ? Thank you.
