chesty leroux
I am trying to build muscle and burn fat, but i am not trying to bulk. I don't eat any complete protein i.e. soy products, protein powders. Have been cutting out breads and pastas and i am trying to get most of my calories from low fat starches and veggies. Beans, potatoes, fruit, veggies etc. Does it really matter what my carb, protein ratio is to get in shape, or is it really just a matter of calories? Odidnetne
I think as long as the ratios are not completely out of balance, focus on calories, and you'll burn the fat.
ljk11
Next to impossible to burn fat AND build muscle...one requires a deficit; the other a surplus. Unless you're brand new to lifting or on drugs, it is probably a good idea to focus on one OR the other
