Supreme Meal? Soy-free protein?

Anyone tried Supreme Meal (meal replacement drink mix)? Thoughts?

What about the soy-free protein put out by vitamin shoppe?

Yes! I have tried it! And it was delicious!, Granted, I blended it with a banana and carob powder...It filled me up but not to the point where I felt stuffed.

Thanks for posting. Carob powder? Where did you get that? What is the nutritional content?

You can buy carob powder bulk at any health food store. I am sure it is availible by package as well. I don't know too much about the nutrient data of carob. I think 3 tablespoons is about 70 calories though.

I'd poop all day and all night if i had a cup of that stuff!!!!!! :lol:

I think it would be hard for anyone to eat an entire cup at a time! (But you can try, if you want to :wink: )
